    Dreadful dialogue, terrible editing, bad dubbing of musical performances, laughable soft-focus flashbacks and a ludicrous, lurching plot. And then the performances….which are diabolical - even Terrence Howard who demonstrably can act. Empire is so bad, it may become a cult classic but with only the pilot available on iTunes, I can only give it the lowest rating possible. The pilot was free, which was nice, but I still wanted my money back.
