I sometimes wonder in disbelief as to who actually edits these trailers on itunes? This is a little known all time classic film with two fantastic lead actors and a wealth of talent in its supporting cast. The trailer gives you no insight as to what you can expect to see if you watch this movie, it is a classic Kipling yarn with a hint of the Brotherhood of Masons which is well directed and well acted. Take my word for it and as the previous reviewer said, if you like classic Cain and Connery movies then you will love this.

Cain and Connery in a classic tale of colonial adventure. Excellent on screen chemistry between the stars, fantastic location and a brilliant Kipling story brought to life. If you like Zulu, Lawrence, etc you will love this - brilliant!

A great film that has sadly been forgotten
  • Underrated is an understatement

A great adventure movie that ticks all the boxes of director (John Huston) story, script, cast and jaw dropping scenery (Set in India and beyond, but filmed in part in Morocco FYI) Add to this a genuinely emotional ending and you have a classic. Cain and Connery on top form, but also great performances from Christopher Plummer and a show stealing turn from Saeed Jaffrey. See if you can spot Shakira Caine in there somewhere...
